Safari Kilimanjaro is a trading name of Bobby Tours Tanzania Ltd, a Tanzanian company based in Arusha, Tanzania. We have operated Kilimanjaro climbs and safaris since 1978. We are the ground operator — not an agency, broker, or intermediary.

What Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us:

• Full name, email address, and phone number when you submit an enquiry
• Travel dates, group size, and trip preferences when you describe your ideal climb and safari
• Special requirements or accessibility needs you share with us
• Feedback or reviews you choose to submit after your trip

We do not collect payment card information. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for these purposes:

• Responding to your enquiry and providing personalised climb and safari recommendations
• Preparing and managing your booking if you decide to proceed
• Communicating with you about your trip before, during, and after your adventure
• Sending you practical information about preparing for your Kilimanjaro climb and Tanzania safari

We retain your enquiry data for 24 months from your last communication with us. If you make a booking, we retain booking records for 7 years in accordance with Tanzanian tax and financial reporting requirements. After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

• With our ground operating team in Arusha — guides, drivers, lodge partners — solely to deliver your safari
• With government authorities if required by Tanzanian law
