Unlike all-Tanzania combos, the Kenya extension is a straight drive north from Arusha. You return to Tanzania via Namanga border on the way home — a clean loop, not a retrace.

Days 1–8
Kilimanjaro climb

Day 9
Rest and recovery in Arusha
Hot shower, real bed, and a proper meal. Your body transitions from high-altitude mode while we arrange your Kenya transit documents and private safari vehicle.
Day 10
Arusha to Namanga border to Amboseli
Cross into Kenya at Namanga (approximately 4 hours total from Arusha). Your first game drive in Amboseli begins that afternoon. Elephants are common near the swamp marshes — bring your camera.
Days 11–14
Full Amboseli safari
Two full days in the park with a private guide. Morning and afternoon game drives are standard; early morning (departing at 6am) offers the best views of Kilimanjaro before the afternoon cloud builds. Day trips to Lake Natron or the border viewpoints add variety.
Day 15–17
Return to Tanzania
The 17-day package adds Tsavo West National Park on the return leg — a contrasting landscape of volcanic hills, springs, and red elephants. Return to Arusha via the same Namanga crossing.
