Phase 2 — Preparation
We send a 16-week training programme to all climbers, kit lists, and a group briefing call. Your team arrives prepared, not surprised.
Phase 3 — The Climb
Guides, porters, chefs, and camp crews handle every detail. Your team focuses on the experience. Shared challenge builds the bonds that no team-building exercise can replicate.
Phase 4 — The Reward
Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, Tarangire — the wildlife reward after the mountain. Private vehicles, expert guides, and a celebration dinner under the stars.
Phase 5 — Return
